The Global Key Account Manager is responsible for developing a strategic and durable partnership between SGS and assigned global clients, representing SGS at all levels with special attention to Director and VP level. This role involves identifying and developing new revenue opportunities within the client base, working closely with the SGS network and global Technical Competence Team. The manager will also oversee the successful implementation and delivery of diverse and/or complex client-specific projects on a global basis, ensuring contractual obligations and deliverables are met and client expectations are exceeded where possible.
