IPL Schoeller is a leading manufacturer of sustainable rigid packaging solutions across various market segments including returnable transit packaging, consumer and industrial packaging, environmental containers, and agricultural packaging. The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for managing and growing IPL Schoeller’s Retail Pails business with major home improvement and retail customers. This role focuses on driving profitable growth, executing strategic account plans, and ensuring a best-in-class customer experience. The KAM serves as the primary commercial contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships with merchant, sourcing, replenishment, and supply chain partners, and collaborating cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service. The ideal candidate should have proven experience supporting national retailers such as Lowe’s, Sherwin-Williams, Ace Hardware, or Uline, and be comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The position is remote within North America and requires up to 50% nationwide travel.
