We are seeking a strategic, insights-driven leader to join our Global Integrated Marketing team as Global Integrated Campaigns Reporting & Operations Director. This people leader role will be one of two people focused on Measurement & Reporting within a Strategy & Operations team, responsible for scaling how we measure, report on, and optimize campaign performance across Salesforce’s global marketing motion. You’ll support our Global Campaigns leaders with data-driven insights and work cross-functionally with leaders in Marketing Analytics, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Media Lab, and Brand to transform data into insights that guide decision-making—from executive dashboards to regional campaign views. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives on building from the ground up, enjoys solving complex marketing questions with data, and operates with a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution.
