About The Position

We are currently seeking a talented professional to join our Human Resources team to co-lead the global HRIS function. The HRIS Leader will be responsible for the design, development and integration of multiple HRIS applications and the utilization of AI tools. This individual will manage an experienced team of Analysts and vendor partners to support AMETEK's global growth and expansion. The position reports to the Director of Global HRIS & Payroll. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in managing a global HRIS platform with focus on integrations, cloud platform, and advanced reporting.
  • Strong experience for experience with SAP SuccessFactors HRIS, ADP Global View, and ADP Enterprise payroll applications.
  • Functional payroll knowledge in the context of global implementations, integrations, audits, and operations.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP EC integrations with internal and external systems.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, providing timely resolutions.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated systems.
  • Lead cross-functional projects focused on the implementation, optimization and integration of SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Compensation) and ADP GlobalView payroll systems.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to define project scope, timelines and deliverables.
  • Ensure alignment with global HRIS strategy, manage risk, and drive successful deployment and adoption across regions.
  • Monitor progress, resolve issues, and provide regular leadership updates.
  • Manage and maintain HRIS Report Stories, ensuring they meet business requirements.
  • Utilize AI to enhance process efficiency and analyze large of amounts of data to impact business decisions
  • Develop documentation and training materials for end-users and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Direct remote employees.
