The Global HR Program Manager is a key driver of how HR delivers at scale across PCI Pharma Services. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and change—leading global HR programs that bring consistency, clarity, and operational excellence to a complex, multi-regional environment. Reporting to Global HR Operations leadership, this individual contributor works across HR Shared Services, Talent, Compliance, HRIT, Legal, Finance, and regional HR teams to deliver high-impact initiatives, including global process harmonization, Workday programs, policy rollouts, and enterprise change efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in program or project management, with significant experience supporting HR, HR Operations, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in a global, multi-country environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, HR systems (Workday preferred), and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Smartsheet, including data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and process tracking to support informed decision-making and program management.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive results without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.

Nice To Haves

  • Project or program management certification (PMP or similar).
  • Experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Experience supporting M&A integration or large-scale system implementations.
  • Familiarity with global HR compliance considerations and data privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Global HR Program Management & Project Management Lead end-to-end program and project management for global HR initiatives, including scope definition, planning, timelines, dependency mapping, risk management, and execution.
  • Manage multiple concurrent HR programs across regions, balancing competing priorities, stakeholders, and delivery timelines.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and governance documentation.
  • Provide regular, structured status reporting to HR leadership and stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, decisions required, and mitigation plans.
  • Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with global HR strategy and operational readiness requirements.
  • HR Systems & Workday-Enabled Initiatives Partner with HRIT and functional stakeholders to manage HR systems-related initiatives, including Workday enhancements, workflow changes, reporting improvements, and global deployments.
  • Coordinate project activities across configuration, UAT, data validation, cutover planning, and post-implementation stabilization.
  • Ensure system initiatives account for downstream impacts to HR operations, compliance requirements, and employee experience.
  • Support development of process documentation, training materials, and user communications related to system changes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Act as a key liaison across HR, IT, Compliance, Legal, Payroll, Finance, and regional HR teams for assigned programs.
  • Design and deliver communication plans for HR initiatives that inform, engage, and align leadership, operational teams, and employees through updates, FAQs, and targeted messaging.
  • Prepare executive-ready materials such as program summaries, dashboards, timelines, and decision documents.
  • Facilitate working sessions, design workshops, and governance forums to drive alignment and timely decision-making Change Management & Adoption Support Lead change management activities, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, communication strategies, and training coordination.
  • Collaborate with HR leaders to drive awareness, understanding, and adoption of new HR processes, systems, and ways of working.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and feedback, identify risks to long-term sustainability, and recommend targeted actions to ensure successful outcomes.
  • M&A and Enterprise Initiatives Support Support HR program execution related to M&A activity, including integration planning/project management, system onboarding, process alignment, and communication coordination.
  • Assist with HR operational due diligence by supporting timelines, data coordination, and integration readiness tracking.
  • Coordinate post-acquisition HR initiatives to ensure consistent execution and stakeholder alignment.
  • Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement Apply program management best practices to improve execution discipline, transparency, and consistency across HR initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR delivery, improve cross-functional handoffs, and reduce execution risk through program insights.
  • Maintain program documentation, standards, templates, and lessons learned to support scalable delivery.
  • Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement efforts across global HR programs
