Requirements

  • Recent MBA graduates, with internship experience in HR or related fields.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a startup-like environment, with a proactive mindset, strong initiative, taking ownership of HR process and driving results.
  • Passion for mobile gaming: genuine interest for mobile gaming and the gaming industry, with an understanding of gaming culture, trends, and technologies.
  • Preference for candidates who are willing to relocate to Bangalore and joining the Skillz team in the Bangalore Office.
  • Previous internship experience required.
  • 1-3 years of HR related work experience preferred.
  • GPA: 3.5 or above

Responsibilities

  • HR Business Partnership: Working closely with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals. This means assisting with the organizational design, performance management, and change management.
  • Strategic Talent Management: Designing and executing strategies for recruiting, developing and retaining talent.
  • HR Operations & Compliance: Overseeing core HR processes while ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Learning & Development: Creating and supporting training programs, leadership development initiatives, and continuous learning opportunities to grow employee skills and capabilities.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Fostering a positive workplace culture, addressing employee concerns, managing conflict resolution, and driving engagement initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention
