Our HR Business Partners work closely with leaders across the organization, collaborating with HR peers and COEs to deliver integrated people strategies that are aligned to business goals, regional needs, and enterprise priorities. We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner who brings strong consultative skills and sound business judgment to help support our Product & Technology teams. In this role, you’ll advise leaders on organization and people strategies, use data and insights to inform decisions, and help drive initiatives across organizational design, change leadership, workforce planning, engagement, performance management, and talent development — all within a complex, globally distributed environment.
