About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Global Head of Trading Analytics and Insights. This is a Director-level role that requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in markets, preferably within private banking or a wealth management setting. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of investment products across various asset classes and will be responsible for leading a new team that is responsible for all data aggregation and analysis supporting a large and complex global business.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in markets, preferably in private banking or a wealth management setting.
• Strong understanding of investment products across asset classes.
• Knowledgeable in electronic trading (EMS, TCA)
• Proficiency in coding, Tableau, Alteryx, and Python.
• Curiosity and openness to learning new products.
• Willingness to travel and learn how different businesses operate in various areas.
• Strategic thinking, public speaking and desire to partner with senior management to focus on business prioritization and opportunities
• SIE (Securities Industry Essentials), Series 7 & Series 63.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Data visualization and presentation

Responsibilities

• Lead the Trading Analytics and Insights team to support the capital markets business.
• Aggregate data across multiple trading systems and counterparties.
• Perform data cleansing, structuring, dashboarding, and visualization.
• Serve as the central source for inquiries related to the capital markets business.
• Prepare and present materials for senior management including business reviews, business efficiency analysis, data informed sales and client engagement and regulatory items
• Partner with digital and specialist teams to focus on product alignment and identify investment opportunities for Citi Wealth clients including investment campaign traction
