As the Global Head of Retail Media, you will lead the development and execution of our end-to-end retail media strategy across global markets, elevating how our brands show up on the digital shelf. This role is central to driving measurable business growth (revenue & market share), improving media effectiveness, and building world-class capabilities that scale globally while enabling local market success. You’ll lead a substantial, enterprise-wide retail media investment, collaborating across Media, Marketing, Sales, Data & Analytics, and Technology to unlock the full value of our investments on retailer platforms. You’ll also be responsible for establishing standards, building internal capabilities, optimizing investments, and driving innovation in how we engage consumers on retailer platforms.
