About The Position

Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers while producing minimal noise.

What you’ll do:
Redevelop and manage workspace service offerings across the fleet ( Food & Bev, Janitorial, Waste Management, Security, etc)
Redevelop and manage facilities internal ticket system to address issues across all operational workspaces including but not limited to HQ, labs, mfg., etc
Manage a national team of facilities engineers to support a growing asset footprint
Develop and implement KPI framework to ensure optimal level of facilities service is being met both internally and externally
Execute lease management strategy to ensure optimal footprint for growing list of business needs
Lead operational due diligence on growing asset footprint including new vertiport asset class
What you need:
Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or property management.
Ability to manage a portfolio of assets across multiple markets
Program management experience.
Strong organizational skills
Good negotiating skills.
Good knowledge of regulations and laws.
Good problem-solving skills.
8+ years of experience
Bonus Qualifications:
Experience in automotive or aerospace supporting an organization with multiple labs
Experience at a growth company with 250+ employee HQ
Experience managing a variety of different asset types ( work, labs, service centers, etc)

Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
