What you’ll do: Redevelop and manage workspace service offerings across the fleet ( Food & Bev, Janitorial, Waste Management, Security, etc) Redevelop and manage facilities internal ticket system to address issues across all operational workspaces including but not limited to HQ, labs, mfg., etc Manage a national team of facilities engineers to support a growing asset footprint Develop and implement KPI framework to ensure optimal level of facilities service is being met both internally and externally Execute lease management strategy to ensure optimal footprint for growing list of business needs Lead operational due diligence on growing asset footprint including new vertiport asset class What you need: Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or property management. Ability to manage a portfolio of assets across multiple markets Program management experience. Strong organizational skills Good negotiating skills. Good knowledge of regulations and laws. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
