About The Position

We’re seeking an experienced event sponsorship contractor to support the strategy and execution of sponsorships across our World Forum roadshow series . This role focuses on partner experience, sponsorship package development, cross-functional coordination (expo, marketing, content, partner teams, and agencies), and achieving revenue and performance KPIs . The ideal candidate excels at managing multiple events simultaneously, ensuring the on-time, on-budget delivery of all sponsor commitments.

Requirements

  • Strong relationship-building skills with sponsors and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to identify and execute experiential opportunities that connect customers, partners, and employees.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration, project management, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • 5–8 years of event sponsorship experience (roadshow experience preferred).
  • Expertise in developing pre-event plans and post-event reports .
  • Proven ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Consistently meets deadlines and delivers projects within budget.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication across all organizational levels.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment ; adaptable and proactive under pressure.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Willingness to travel for events as needed.
  • Welcomes feedback and proactively makes improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the World Forum sponsorship program, developing packages, pricing, and upsell opportunities aligned to revenue goals.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate project timelines to ensure sponsor deliverables remain on track.
  • Deliver sponsor reporting , including pre- and post-event performance summaries, attendance analytics, lead capture metrics, and revenue reconciliations.
  • Partner with Expo, Marketing, Content, Creative, and Partner Organization teams to align deliverables, deadlines, and creative assets.
  • Facilitate weekly cross-functional planning meetings , tracking actions through completion.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Oversee on-site sponsor execution and serve as the primary escalation point during events.
  • Continuously refine sponsorship packages based on performance insights and partner feedback.
  • Act as the primary liaison for sponsors , managing communications, expectations, and issue resolution.
  • Support sales enablement efforts in collaboration with regional partner marketing teams.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow’s partner ecosystem , including global and regional programs.
