UL Solutions is modernizing our global employee recognition programs with a focus on social recognition, service anniversary & retirement, spot awards and company-wide honors. As the Global Employee Recognition Specialist, you will manage program design and operations globally, balancing consistency with local relevance. Responsibilities This is a full-time hybrid (3 days a week in office) position located at a UL Office. Own global roadmap and governance for recognition programs and ensure alignment with culture and business objectives. Manage & administer platforms and vendors; oversee configuration, integrations, SLAs, and enhancements while tracking and analyzing program metrics incorporating recommendations to improve success and employee experience Support in developing and documenting new processes with launch of new programs and platform capabilities Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to draft and deploy program communication, tools and engagement tactics. Coordinate recognition events in partnership with internal stakeholders, leadership, vendors. Drive adoption through leader enablement, campaigns, and change management; partner with HR, Communications, Finance among other teams. Establish KPIs (participation, utilization, favorability), produce insights/benchmarks, and present to leadership when necessary. Ensure inclusive, equitable recognition practices and global policy compliance; steward budget. Lead cross-regional stakeholder forums; prioritize backlog; coordinate launches and refreshes. Maintain policy and process documentation; ensure inclusive, equitable experiences across regions and maintain business processes, reporting and project plans. Support or consult with employees or other partners who have questions about the program. Help drive a culture of recognition and belonging and a place where employees feel valued. Leverage technical skills and tools to provide accurate and timely data and support platform configuration needs. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; HR or systems background preferred. 5+ years People & Organization (HR) experience. Experience scaling recognition at large, multi-country enterprises. Experience with cloud HCM platforms, rewards tools, payroll/finance processes. Strong data literacy; dashboarding/reporting; ability to translate insights into action for leaders. Vendor/platform management; HRIS/CRM fluency; process design. Excellent communication and stakeholder management across regions. Excel/analytics; strong customer service mindset. Experience with OC Tanner preferred. CRP® (Recognition Professionals International) or related certification; change management credentials preferred. The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 to $108,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country.
