About The Position

Lead complex, sensitive investigations and ensure consistent, compliant policy interpretation globally. Advise managers/employees on workplace issues, risk mitigation, and policy application. Develop, implement, and govern global ER policies and investigation standards. Coach and support regional ER teams and strengthen investigation capability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years of progressive human resources experience, including significant focus on employee relations, full‑cycle workplace investigations, performance management, and compliance in highly matrixed and global organizations. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience managing and conducting complex, full‑cycle internal employee investigations in the United States.
  • Experience leading complex employee investigations across multiple countries or regions.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations across different jurisdictions.
  • Sound judgment, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to manage ambiguity.
  • Exceptional professionalism, discretion, and a customer‑focused mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Proven ability to influence at all levels of the organization in a matrixed environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and team‑building skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical‑thinking capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines accurately.
