About The Position

Cyera is seeking a Global Employee Experience Manager to join the People team and play a key role in shaping and delivering a strong, consistent employee experience and organizational culture across the US, Europe, and APAC. This role is a critical partner in executing and scaling global Employee Experience initiatives, combining strategic thinking with hands-on implementation. The position operates as part of a broader team and drives defined initiatives with high impact and quality.

Requirements

  • Experience in Employee Experience roles within a global, scaling organization
  • Experience working across multiple regions, US- must (Europe & APAC - strong advantage)
  • Ability to operate effectively across both macro (strategy, frameworks) and micro (execution, details) levels
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and comfort working in a matrixed, multi-partner environment
  • Hands-on, execution-oriented approach with sound strategic judgment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural sensitivity and a global mindset
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute global Employee Experience and Culture initiatives aligned with Cyera’s business goals and values, in close partnership with the People and Operations teams and the IL Global Employee Experience Manager
  • Translate shared strategy into clear, actionable plans and drive execution across regions, sites, and work models (on-site, hybrid, remote)
  • Lead defined Employee Experience programs end-to-end, ensuring high-quality delivery and meaningful local impact
  • Partner and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (HR, Leadership, Managers, IT, Facilities, Operations) in a global, matrixed environment
  • Influence and align stakeholders without formal authority to ensure effective execution
  • Balance global consistency with thoughtful local adaptation of Cyera’s culture and initiatives
  • Use feedback and data to continuously assess impact and drive improvement
