About The Position

At Corteva Agriscience, the Global DOA Administrator role is an exciting opportunity within the Corporate Accounting Governance Team, located in Wilmington, DE. This highly visible position is responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and support of the company’s global Delegation of Authority (DOA) framework. The administrator ensures that approval structures are accurately maintained, compliant with corporate policy, and aligned with organizational changes across the enterprise. The role offers exposure to Corporate Accounting processes and responsibilities, with potential for growth and expanded scope over time. Reporting to the Corporate Accounting Governance Manager, this role involves close partnership with Corporate Accounting, HR, IT, Procurement, and business teams to support DOA processes, resolve issues, and maintain strong governance and control over approval authorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of relevant experience in accounting finance operations, data administration, or governance-related roles.
  • Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems, including familiarity with approval workflows, access structures, or finance data.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of requests and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other Microsoft tools (e.g. Outlook, SharePoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support and guide end users across functions.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional, global environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Delegation of Authority (DOA), approval governance frameworks, or access management processes.
  • Familiarity with internal controls (e.g. SOX), audit support, or compliance-related processes.
  • Experience working in a large, global organization.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain DOA roles, assignments, and approval structures across enterprise systems.
  • Process DOA-related requests, including role assignments, updates, and access changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policy.
  • Perform regular monitoring and maintenance activities, including updates for organizational changes.
  • Maintain and update DOA data across multiple systems, ensuring alignment and consistency.
  • Execute recurring processes such as user access reviews, role validations, and periodic DOA reporting.
  • Support preparation and distribution of DOA reports and metrics.
  • Assist in resolving DOA-related issues and troubleshooting discrepancies.
  • Support DOA training and communication efforts for stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of DOA activities.
  • Support internal controls by maintaining proper documentation and audit trails.
  • Support annual and periodic DOA certification processes and access reviews.
  • Assist with audit requests by providing documentation and explanations.
  • Monitor DOA inboxes and respond to user inquiries.
  • Partner with HR and business teams to ensure alignment with organizational structures.
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Support system enhancements, testing, and deployments.
  • Assist with training materials and documentation updates.
  • Support Corporate Accounting through ad hoc assignments and initiatives, providing exposure to broader accounting processes and operations.
