This highly visible position is responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and support of the company’s global Delegation of Authority (DOA) framework. The administrator ensures that approval structures are accurately maintained, compliant with corporate policy, and aligned with organizational changes across the enterprise. The role offers exposure to Corporate Accounting processes and responsibilities, with potential for growth and expanded scope over time. Reporting to the Corporate Accounting Governance Manager, this role involves close partnership with Corporate Accounting, HR, IT, Procurement, and business teams to support DOA processes, resolve issues, and maintain strong governance and control over approval authorities.
