About The Position

As Global Director of Sales – Drilling, you will drive the growth of Drilling products by developing and executing commercial strategies to expand market share. You will lead sales and business development efforts domestically and internationally, oversee pricing strategies and contract negotiations, and optimize margins. You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders, while monitoring market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to inform strategic decisions. You will collaborate with senior leadership to align business goals and deliver results that support FET’s strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of the Drilling product/service systems.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in strategic sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Expertise in pricing strategy, contract management, and customer negotiations.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing operations and supply chain dynamics.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of commercial leadership experience in the Drilling product/service systems.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, market expansion, and customer engagement.
  • Experience managing sales teams, developing strategic partnerships, and leading commercial initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth by developing and executing commercial strategies to expand market share in Drilling product/service systems.
  • Lead sales and business development across domestic and international markets.
  • Oversee pricing strategies, negotiate contracts, and optimize margins.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and analyze competitive activity to inform strategic decisions.
  • Deliver service excellence and value to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage commercial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes.
  • Support new product launches and service expansions with go-to-market planning.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all commercial activities.
