About The Position

The objective for the role is to create and manage a new digital product offering, engaging cross-functional teams to bring this high-value offering from concept to launch and in-market execution. The role is critical to ensure product design & market requirements are developed into a market-leading product on time and on budget, as well as ongoing roadmap strategy and execution which meet user, market and business needs.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years’ experience in product management
  • Demonstrated success in overseeing all elements of the digital product lifecycle.
  • Proven experience in leading global and cross-functional projects.
  • Exceptional writing communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or certification(s)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience designing or managing digital products, tools or platforms
  • PMP or strong project management experience
  • Experience in strategic workforce planning &/or talent lifecycle solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Product design, features, functionality & user experience to meet business, market & user needs
  • Conduct ongoing competitor and market analysis to understand the product landscape, positioning and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Gather and analyze user and stakeholder feedback to inform product enhancement & roadmap strategy. Continuous discovery with customers to inform innovation and adjacent product opportunities.
  • Creation and delivery of sales & customer training documentation.
  • User behavior, site tracking, and database analytics to ensure product goals are being met.
  • Strategic supplier/technology solutions aligned to product roadmap.
  • Product feature delivery & performance meets UVP & market promises, supporting sales & revenue targets.
  • Product cost management to ensure alignment with sales & market expectations.
