About The Position

The Global Director of Digital Marketing is the architect and operator of SprintRay’s global digital growth engine. This role sits at the intersection of brand, demand, and performance—translating category-defining narratives into scalable, measurable digital programs that drive adoption, pipeline, and long-term brand leadership. Reporting directly to the Global VP of Marketing, this leader owns SprintRay’s global digital ecosystem, including the website, SEO, paid media, email, marketing automation, and digital experiences. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role for someone who can think globally, enable regional execution, and continuously optimize for impact.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise across web/UX, SEO (technical & content), SEM, paid social, display, and digital analytics
  • Strong command of email marketing, marketing automation, lifecycle journeys, and webinar platforms (HubSpot preferred)
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing large digital budgets with clear ROI accountability
  • Highly analytical; fluent in GA, tag management, attribution models, CRM integrations, and dashboards
  • Strong understanding of CMS platforms, digital production workflows, and UX best practices
  • Ability to operate at both strategic altitude and execution depth
  • Confident, collaborative leader who drives alignment through influence
  • Global mindset with appreciation for regional nuance and scale
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing across web, SEO/SEM, paid media, and lifecycle programs
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership or ownership role managing complex, global digital initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Own SprintRay’s global digital marketing strategy, aligning execution to brand priorities, category‑creation initiatives, and regional revenue goals.
  • Act as the digital counterpart to Brand, Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, and Revenue teams.
  • Translate long‑term company vision (category leadership in dental 3D printing and digital dentistry) into clear digital roadmaps, KPIs, and execution plans.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high‑performing global digital team and agency partners.
  • Own SprintRay’s global website as a growth platform—not a brochure—driving discovery, education, conversion, and product adoption.
  • Oversee content architecture, landing pages, CRO strategy, localization, and ongoing UX optimization.
  • Partner closely with Brand, Creative, and Product Marketing to ensure the site reflects SprintRay’s premium positioning while performing at scale.
  • Lead global SEO strategy across technical SEO, content optimization, AI/LLM search, and authority building to maximize organic demand capture.
  • Own paid search and performance media (Google, LinkedIn, AI platforms, retargeting, and programmatic where relevant), including strategy, budgeting, and optimization.
  • Balance demand capture with demand creation—ensuring SprintRay is visible where demand exists and where it is being shaped.
  • Own CRM and marketing automation strategy, with accountability for the full MarTech stack.
  • Design and execute global lifecycle programs that support launches, nurture prospects, onboard customers, and drive product utilization.
  • Own audience segmentation, journey mapping, experimentation, and performance reporting across lifecycle stages.
  • Ensure all digital touchpoints reinforce SprintRay’s positioning while driving measurable pipeline and adoption.
  • Own SprintRay’s global webinar and virtual education engine as a demand, influence, and pipeline driver.
  • Partner with Regional Marketing, Education teams, Product Marketing, and Key Experts to deliver compelling, differentiated digital experiences.
  • Oversee promotion toolkits, registration flows, platform selection, analytics, and post‑event conversion strategies.
  • Lead and actively manage global paid media agencies across search, social, and display.
  • Collaborate with Creative and Product teams to ensure assets are on‑brand, high‑performing, and optimized by funnel stage.
  • Drive integrated digital campaigns supporting launches, regional initiatives, utilization, and partner programs.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations and regional teams to define success metrics and build scalable reporting frameworks.
  • Own digital performance reviews across regions, tracking traffic, engagement, MQLs, CAC, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Champion a test‑and‑learn culture where decisions are driven by data, experimentation, and outcomes.
  • Ensure digital programs scale globally with clear governance, localization standards, and best practices.
  • Maintain compliance with global privacy, data, and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay ahead of MarTech innovation, AI‑driven tools, and platform shifts to keep SprintRay’s digital engine ahead of competitors.
