Global Data Product Owner, Gen BI
About The Position
The Product Owner (PO) will serve as the strategic link between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving delivery of high-value analytics and AI-powered solutions. This role focuses on advancing enterprise BI capabilities, including self-service analytics, AI-driven insights, and generative BI tools, while ensuring governance, scalability, and measurable business impact. Additionally, the PO will leverage expertise in underwriting workflows and AI technologies to design solutions that transform decision-making processes. Chubb is a world leader in insurance. Responsibilities
- Define and maintain product vision and roadmap aligned with business strategy; prioritize features for maximum impact
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and act as the primary contact for BI and AI product decisions
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog ensuring clear acceptance criteria and ROI-driven delivery
- Oversee solution delivery ensuring compliance with governance standards and alignment with business needs
- Drive innovation through adoption of generative BI tools, AI analytics, and enablement programs for self-service BI
- Establish KPIs and continuously improve BI and AI solutions based on performance metrics and feedback
