About The Position

Data Definition & Standards: Define and maintain a catalogue of business metadata across multiple systems, ensuring that metadata definitions are clear and consistently applied. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve ownership conflicts and ensure accountability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in capital equipment and service management
  • Advanced use of systems used in capital equipment and service management
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S4/HANA
  • Experience in data management, data quality, or a related field, with a strong understanding of data governance principles.
  • Experience with data quality tools, databases, and related technology platforms.
  • Knowledge of relevant data protection and privacy laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and initiate process improvements.
  • Proactive and problem-solving approach to data management challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively in a diverse workplace.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree preferred.
