About The Position

We’re seeking a strategic and visionary Global Creative Director to shape Ubiquity’s brand voice, visual identity, and creative strategy. This role is ideal for a high-level creative leader who thrives on collaboration, driving world-class brand storytelling, and partnering with cross-functional teams to elevate Ubiquity’s presence in the B2B market. The Global Creative Director will not manage designers directly but will work closely with the Creative Services team to guide execution, ensuring all creative output aligns with business objectives. This role requires deep expertise in B2B marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), and AI-powered creative tools, plus a strong vision for branding in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in senior creative roles, with a strong portfolio demonstrating brand leadership and creative innovation.
  • Proven expertise in B2B marketing and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Strong understanding of AI-powered creative tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) and design platforms like Figma.
  • Track record of collaborating effectively with internal design teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent business acumen and a focus on measurable impact.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Ubiquity’s global brand strategy, creative vision, and messaging framework.
  • Serve as a creative thought leader and strategic partner for Marketing, Sales, Product, and other teams.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Services team to guide design execution and ensure brand consistency.
  • Develop high-impact campaigns that support B2B demand generation and ABM initiatives.
  • Oversee and refine brand systems, ensuring a cohesive identity across all global channels.
  • Champion AI-driven creative workflows to improve personalization, speed, and innovation.
  • Shape content strategies to position Ubiquity as a trusted thought leader and innovative partner.
  • Review and approve creative concepts and campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Partner with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed.
