About The Position

Cutter & Buck is seeking a creative visionary eager to leave a lasting imprint on a global lifestyle brand. As the Global Brand & Creative Director, you will architect and activate Cutter & Buck’s worldwide communication strategy, ensuring a cohesive, elevated presence across every platform. This role combines strategic clarity with sleeves‑rolled‑up execution, building a distinctive brand story that resonates wherever consumers meet us Your objective: Elevate Cutter & Buck into a globally admired sportswear brand through emotionally resonant storytelling and world-class creative execution desirable to women and men.

Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years in brand strategy, creative direction, and integrated marketing—ideally in apparel, lifestyle, or premium consumer goods.
  • Expertise: Proven success elevating brands through storytelling, visual identity, digital design, and multi‑platform campaigns.  Proven experience leading projects to successful completion.
  • Skills: Creative storyteller skilled in capturing digital content (video + stills) and transforming it into emotion-driven multimedia campaigns.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience distributing multimedia content via HubSpot and other digital platforms.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Expert at crafting written narratives that drive emotional connection and marketing impact.
  • Action Driven Do-er:  Passionate, sleeves-rolled-up approach, hands-on executor who works to turn vision into reality.
  • Leader: Experience guiding teams, agencies, and partners with clarity and inspiration.
  • Mindset: Strategic thinker, action-oriented, growth-focused, and passionate about sustainability
  • Global Perspective: Experience leading creative work across multiple markets and cultural contexts.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a global creative strategy that enhances brand desirability and emotional connection with consumers
  • Own and evolve brand positioning, visual identity, style guides and communication systems to ensure global consistency.
  • Build and lead a unified storytelling platform with consistent visual and authored identity across all digital, social, e-commerce, partner, and packaging touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver cohesive, world-class creative executions
  • Lead Market-Winning Product Series launches and establish a strategic campaign cadence that keeps the brand culturally and seasonally relevant.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies that elevate Market Wining Product Series products and the brand across Cutter & Buck’s digital ecosystem, including owned, earned, and partner channels
  • Inspire and direct Cutter & Buck’s creative vision; oversee asset capture and guide teams towards emotionally resonant creative work.
  • Ensure all creative projects are delivered on time, on‑brand, and within scope.
  • Manage Marketing staff, including but not limited to, hiring, performance evaluation, professional development.
  • Cultivate a high-performing creative culture across internal teams and external partners.
