As a Payments Client Manager Associate (PCM-A) within Global Payments Corporate Bank Sales, you will own and grow a portfolio of Media & Communications client relationships—serving as a trusted advisor and day-to-day partner to treasury and finance stakeholders. You’ll help clients achieve measurable outcomes by retaining and expanding existing business, identifying opportunities to optimize payment flows, and delivering a consistently high-quality client experience. In this role, you act as the client’s advocate across the firm, bringing the right partners together to solve problems quickly and drive progress. You’ll proactively manage relationship health, anticipate client needs, and translate those needs into internal action—navigating a complex organization with clarity, urgency, and accountability. Your success will be reflected in strong client satisfaction, deeper product adoption, and sustained revenue growth.
