About The Position

Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for a Global Content Manager to lead content oversight, development, governance, and execution across multiple regions and business units. This role supports global marketing initiatives and ensures consistent, high‑quality content that aligns with enterprise-wide brand and communications standards.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in content management, content strategy, or editorial leadership roles within global or enterprise‑level organizations.
  • Strong experience in digital content creation, multi‑channel campaigns, and thought‑leadership development.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage global stakeholders, navigate matrixed environments, and coordinate across regions.
  • Experience with content governance, editorial workflows, and enterprise content systems/CMS tools.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables.
  • Comfortable working in fast‑paced environments with shifting priorities and working with teams./stakeholders in different time zones.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams and external content partners.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and the ability to translate performance data into insights.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, project manage, and execute global content oversight aligned with corporate marketing and communications objectives.
  • Work closely and coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders—including marketing, brand, digital, and regional teams—to plan, develop, and deliver high‑impact content.
  • Oversee the creation of content for digital channels, campaigns, thought leadership, stories, and internal/external communications.
  • Maintain and evolve a centralized content calendar ensuring alignment across global markets and organizational priorities.
  • Drive editorial standards, messaging consistency, tone, and brand guidelines across all content types.
  • Manage content workflows, coordinate and project manage content initiatives (i.e.: social media, shoots, filming, interviews with C suite, sizzle clips, managing/executing blogs etc.), approvals, and governance to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance.
  • Provide content direction and oversight of content to internal partners and external agencies/writers. Also create and executed content when needed.
  • Optimize content for global use, including localization coordination when needed.
  • Analyze content performance and apply insights to continuously improve effectiveness and audience engagement.
  • Ensure timely content delivery for campaigns and business initiatives.
