Job Description: As a Team Member Communications Intern, you will help bring HPE’s culture, strategy, and people’s stories to life for team members across the globe. You’ll support communications programs such as all company meetings, internal content production, and storytelling moments that strengthen employee connection and engagement.

Requirements

  • Strong writing skills with the ability to tell clear, human-centered stories.
  • Detail-oriented, curious, and eager to experiment with new communication formats.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working with stakeholders across regions.
  • Interest in internal communications, employee engagement, and organizational storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and edit written and video content aligned with HPE’s brand voice and communication guidelines.
  • Assist in concepting and preparing formats for all hands meetings, team forums, and internal events.
  • Support execution of major internal communication moments and programs.
  • Experiment with content formats, channels, and engagement tactics to expand reach and impact.
  • Contribute to light analytics to help measure engagement and refine future content.
  • Elevate team member experience through creative storytelling and culture building narratives.
