About The Position

This role is designed for a strategic and highly experienced sales leader who will manage the most high-profile, global clients. The Global Client Director will serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, driving revenue growth, retention, and client satisfaction across multiple products and services. The role requires building and nurturing long-term executive relationships, identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and delivering actionable insights and thought leadership. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate account strategies, align resources, and ensure seamless delivery of client solutions. This position demands a balance of strategic vision, consultative selling, and hands-on execution to maximize value for both the client and the business. Remote flexibility is available with engagement across U.S. time zones.

Requirements

  • Proven success managing large, sophisticated accounts, ideally with global exposure
  • Exceptional strategic and consultative sales skills, including negotiation and influencing at the executive level
  • Strong client management, network-building, and strategic partnering capabilities
  • Ability to operate effectively in a complex, fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment
  • Skilled at translating vision into actionable strategy and executing detailed plans
  • Deep understanding of client workflows, challenges, and industry best practices
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic account management for high-profile, global clients, ensuring revenue growth and retention
  • Develop and execute structured account plans, aligning resources and priorities with client objectives
  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with executives and decision-makers
  • Identify cross-sell, up-sell, and partnership opportunities across products and services
  • Serve as senior escalation point for client concerns and internal account issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track account performance metrics
