The Global Business Support Strategy Development and Execution Lead is a senior, hands‑on strategic role that partners directly with the Global CFO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to shape decisions and lead critical, enterprise‑wide initiatives across FUJIFILM Biotechnology. This leader blends executive advisory with rigorous execution—turning insight into action to accelerate value creation.   • Strategic Project Feasibility, Analysis & Solution Design Provide detailed yet usable analysis and recommendations relating to strategic ad-hoc business opportunities. Build dynamic financial models (scenario/sensitivity), stress-test assumptions, and design implementation roadmaps.
  • Under CFO direction, drive M&A (investment and/or divestments) financial analyses, due diligence, synergy modeling, planning, and execution. Coordinate external advisors and internal stakeholders to deliver outcomes for key strategic initiatives; manage workplans, risks, and interdependencies.
  • CFO Advisory & Executive Decision Support Build high-quality Board of Directors, IR, and FH executive-level presentations, decision packs, narratives, scenarios, risks, trade-offs, and recommendations. Coordinate across ELT to ensure cohesive presentation materials and messaging Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for the CFO, ELT, and other decision-makers.
  • Elevate communication quality with crisp storylines, visual clarity, and executive-ready materials; manage pre-reads, and support/deliver ELT briefings.
  • Business Support Strategy Development & Execution Support the CFO on shaping the multi-year strategies for Business Support aligned with the CEO defined corporate strategy and FUJIFILM Holdings priorities (growth, capacity, returns). Partner with Global Operational Finance and FUJIFILM Holdings team to ensure data integrity and decision-grade insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field required.
  • 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in Corporate Finance, Strategy, Business Planning, M&A, or Management Consulting.
  • 5+ years leading complex cross‑functional initiatives with enterprise impact; experience operating in global, matrixed environments. 8+ years is ideal.
  • Demonstrated experience creating executive‑level materials and advising C‑suite leaders; Board/IR exposure preferred.
  • Proven track record building robust financial models, conducting diligence, and driving integration or divestiture programs.
  • Experience establishing operating rhythms, stage‑gate governance, and performance dashboards.
  • Strategic Thinking and Judgment: Systems thinker who connects strategy, operations, and financial outcomes; challenges assumptions with evidence‑based viewpoints.
  • Stakeholder Management: Earns trust quickly; operates with discretion, credibility, and calm under pressure across cultures and geographies.
  • Communication and Storytelling: Distills complexity into clear choices and trade‑offs; produces compelling, executive-ready materials.
  • Program Leadership and Delivery: Hands‑on leader with bias to action; adept at PMO‑lite governance, stage‑gate discipline, and change leadership.
  • Analytical Rigor and Problem Solving: Frames ambiguous problems, designs options, and drives decisions efficiently.
  • Integrity and Resilience: Upholds confidentiality and ethics; maintains resilience in dynamic, high‑stakes environments.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS in Finance, or relevant graduate degree) strongly preferred.
  • Professional credentials (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus.
