Global Business Process Manager - Demand Planning SKF Lubrication Lifetime Solutions BU is strengthening its Demand Chain Center of Excellence (CoE) and we are now looking for a Global Business Process Manager for Demand Planning. In this role, you will own the global demand planning process design and governance, ensure continuous improvement, safeguarding best in class and standardized practices across all regions. This is a global role with significant strategic- and business impact. Your focus will be on process architecture, governance, capability building, and system enablement - not on day-to-day forecasting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Ample experience in demand planning or supply chain planning, with experience from a global, process focused, or center of excellence role
  • Experience designing and implementing planning processes and systems
  • Deep knowledge of S&OP / IBP frameworks and advanced forecasting methodologies
  • Experience working with ERP systems and advanced planning solutions (such as SAP IBP, OMP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder or similar)
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid communication skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Experience leading cross functional initiatives and change in complex, global organizations and experience working across cultures and time zones

Nice To Haves

  • APICS CPIM, CSCP, or similar certification will be considered meritorious

Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously develop the global demand planning process, including standards, policies, and KPIs
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure consistent application across regions and business units
  • Define functional requirements and ensure alignment with global process standards, assess process maturity and define clear improvement roadmaps
  • Partner with IT and business stakeholders to design and deploy advanced planning systems and digital tools
  • Drive automation, analytics, and insight generation to improve forecast accuracy and decision quality
  • Act as a change agent, supporting adoption of standardized processes across diverse markets and building demand planning capabilities through e.g. sharing of best practices
  • Ensure full integration of demand planning into S&OP / IBP processes
