Implement and manage brand strategies that promote Ford Racing brand growth and expansion, while aligning to strategic priorities of the business. Develop and implement Production and Competition Brand on Vehicle strategy. Implement and manage Ford Racing branding within Experiences/GTM settings. Work cross-functionally within Ford Racing and broader Ford teams to support programs that leverage Ford Racing's brand. Support naming/nomenclature strategy and associated Trademark clearances, and address trademark violations for Ford Racing. Exhibit a creative mindset to view Ford Racing through the eyes of the consumer. Manage the Ford Racing brand implementation in lifestyle and merchandise offerings, in cooperation with Global Licensing. Established and active employee resource groups.
