LHH is seeking a dynamic Brand Marketing Manager to join our Brand Strategy, Creative and Partnerships Center of Excellence. This role will help manage related brand communications strategy, creative development, production and execution, and help drive integration of the brand platform throughout the organization worldwide. The Brand Manager will collaborate internally with key stakeholders and business lines across the organization and geographies, as well as with our internal and external creative and media partners, to ensure all brand related marketing and communications elements are executed with proper brand governance, strategic insight, creative standards, and align with strategic objectives. The Brand Manager will lead, develop, and execute brand content and campaign processes with key stakeholders, managing timelines, project status, internal feedback and approvals, media and creative flowcharts, and related budgets. They will help drive strategic direction across core audiences and media channels, serve as an internal brand evangelist, and analyze and optimize campaigns and media programs. The successful candidate will be someone who understands both the art and science behind effective and impactful marketing campaigns, is a good communicator, and is comfortable in both an executional and strategic role.
