About The Position

Griffith Foods is hiring a Global Brand and Marketing Communications intern to support the development, coordination, and execution of internal communication initiatives across Griffith Foods. This role provides hands-on experience in corporate communications, storytelling, messaging strategy, employee engagement, and the creation of communication tools that support organizational alignment. A key focus will be supporting communication efforts related to Griffith Foods’ 2030 Aspirations, internal news coverage, and major global initiatives. This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience with global, corporate communications. You will have the ability to lead projects and work on a global team. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and trends.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting, editing, and distributing internal communications that align with Griffith Foods’ global communication strategy.
  • Support storytelling and content development highlighting progress toward the company’s 2030 Aspirations, including sustainability, nutrition, people, and operational excellence goals.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including HR, Sustainability, Nutrition, R&D, and Corporate Affairs, to gather content, identify story opportunities, and ensure accurate, timely messaging.
  • Assist in developing content for internal channels (e.g., newsletters, intranet, emails, digital screens, leadership talking points) to ensure employees stay informed and engaged.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of internal communication templates, toolkits and visual assets that enable communication consistency across regions.
  • Support updates to intranet pages and the organization of communication resources and libraries.
  • Assist with internal content calendars and project tracking.
  • Conduct research around communications best practices to help enhance internal engagement.
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions to generate new communication formats, storytelling approaches, and employee engagement ideas.
