Requirements

6+ years in global benefits, total rewards or HR consulting in large multinationals; experience with integrations preferred.
Deep knowledge of global benefits programs, local statutory requirements and compliance across jurisdictions.
Proven track record designing and deploying benefits policies, processes and tools at scale.
Strong project management and governance skills; experience defining/tracking OKRs, KPIs and program controls.
Experience managing external suppliers, negotiating commercial terms, SLAs and deliverables.
Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and business partnering skills in a matrixed environment.
Clear, empathetic communicator with experience crafting sensitive employee and leader communications.
Data-driven and analytical, comfortable with performance analytics to inform decisions.
Creative, pragmatic problem-solver able to design fit-for-purpose solutions where full integration isn't feasible.
Confident advising on benefit trade-offs and managing change for affected populations
