Requirements

  • 6+ years in global benefits, total rewards or HR consulting in large multinationals; experience with integrations preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of global benefits programs, local statutory requirements and compliance across jurisdictions.
  • Proven track record designing and deploying benefits policies, processes and tools at scale.
  • Strong project management and governance skills; experience defining/tracking OKRs, KPIs and program controls.
  • Experience managing external suppliers, negotiating commercial terms, SLAs and deliverables.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and business partnering skills in a matrixed environment.
  • Clear, empathetic communicator with experience crafting sensitive employee and leader communications.
  • Data-driven and analytical, comfortable with performance analytics to inform decisions.
  • Creative, pragmatic problem-solver able to design fit-for-purpose solutions where full integration isn't feasible.
  • Confident advising on benefit trade-offs and managing change for affected populations
