Today, Block’s Global Advertising organization is building the future of commerce media - combining the power of data, payments, and technology to help merchants acquire and retain high-value customers. Through an ecosystem of advertising solutions spanning Cash App, Afterpay, and Square, we aim to make performance-driven media accessible to businesses of all sizes. The Role The Ad Tech Partnerships & Strategy Lead will play a pivotal role in advancing Block’s advertising ecosystem. This individual will identify, negotiate, and operationalize strategic partnerships across the advertising landscape - from data and measurement providers to global ad platforms - to create new revenue opportunities and drive measurable outcomes for our merchants. This role sits at the intersection of commerce, media, and technology, combining strategic foresight, deal execution, and operational excellence to deliver growth for Block and our partners. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Legal, while serving as a subject matter expert on global advertising trends and innovation.
