In this role, you will lead the charge expanding Google's global business with the largest and most influential clients and leverage the business acumen to identify and prioritize key areas where Google's solutions can drive significant innovation and deliver measurable results. You will work with specialized teams to ensure a smooth, integrated approach across all regions and functions. You will be the primary advocate for the clients coordinating with various teams to provide them with a comprehensive suite of tailored solutions and options. You will take ownership of client relationships, manage global governance structures, and ensure efficient coordination across key markets to achieve unified goals. You will craft and implement comprehensive global Joint Business Plans of global video incentive programs to maximize business generation generation and will collaborate with teams to scale solutions to drive growth and help uncover new opportunities. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative business, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience with client management in communication and strategy in English.
  • Experience across search, video, and programmatic advertising.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in project management and working across internal and external stakeholders, both at the agency and client.
  • Experience in creating and delivering presentations to C-level/executive audiences with an ability to deliver clear and effective communications to a wide array of audience types and topics.
  • Experience in YouTube and Google Marketing Platform (GMP).
  • Understanding of the CPG industry challenges and opportunities, a goal for growth, and commitment to advancing Google's strategies within the marketplace.
  • Ability to grow relationships and partnerships with business leadership and executive presence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the PepsiCo global client and agency partnership, cultivating C-suite and executive relationships to drive long-term digital transformation. Serve as the client's primary advocate unlocking new growth opportunities.
  • Architect and execute comprehensive Joint Business Plans that align Google's full suite of products with PepsiCo's global and local market objectives. Lead global operations both internally and externally.
  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives by orchestrating collaboration between Google teams and global market teams to deliver maximum client impact.
  • Act as a thought leader, leveraging expertise of the consumer package goods (CPG) landscape and the client's business to identify emerging growth opportunities and future challenges. Scale best practices and implement measurement frameworks that demonstrate partnership value.
  • Engage with executive leadership to build trust, drive strategic alignment, and foster collaboration across Google and partner teams to achieve shared goals.
