The Global Account Director – New Business is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new customer opportunities for QAD Redzone. This role focuses on generating pipeline, driving new sales, and establishing long-term relationships with prospective clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with Customer Success, Implementation & Coaching, Product, and executive stakeholders to demonstrate the value of Redzone solutions and secure new business. This is a Full-Time, Exempt, Remote role, requiring up to 60% travel to meet with prospects and attend industry events.
