About The Position

Within our Corporate Supply Chain team located in Denver – Leprino is seeking a Global Account Analyst (International) to support customer accounts across our cheese business and help drive continued growth throughout the Latin American region. This position has an annual target bonus of 5%.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, International Business, or a related field.
  • Foundational understanding of order management or logistics, gained through coursework, internships, or hands-on experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • A genuine curiosity about global operations, documentation, and customer management systems like SAP.
  • Availability for limited after-hours support rotations when needed to maintain global service continuity.

Nice To Haves

  • A master’s degree or additional coursework in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or Operations.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and exposure to export documentation or customs processes.
  • Previous internship or work experience supporting order management, trade compliance, or customer service.
  • Familiarity with data accuracy or invoice reconciliation processes.
  • Professional working proficiency in Spanish (written and verbal) to support international customer communications.

Responsibilities

  • Support global customer accounts across Leprino’s cheese, ensuring every order—from setup to delivery—runs smoothly and accurately!
  • Manage a high-volume portfolio of customer orders—contributing to the execution of 60,000+ annual orders across 300+ products, with individual orders potentially valued at up to $100,000.
  • Build and maintain clear communication with customers and internal partners to keep orders on track and expectations aligned.
  • Enter and manage customer orders in our systems with precision, checking pricing and shipment details to make sure everything’s right the first time.
  • Help prepare documentation for both domestic and international shipments, supporting compliance and timely delivery.
  • Identify and troubleshoot order or invoice discrepancies, working with cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Support customer contract execution, including pricing, product setup, and account maintenance.
  • Review customer feedback and partner with your team to strengthen service and prevent recurring problems.
  • Support global trade compliance activities, including export documentation, routed transactions, and regulatory filings such as AES, helping mitigate shipment risk and avoid costly penalties.
  • Pitch in when teammates need coverage or backup; together, we make sure our customers always receive excellent service.
