Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Glass Supervisor to lead our glass factory operations during the first shift. This role is responsible for ensuring health and safety compliance, maintaining production quality standards, and keeping production schedules on track. The ideal candidate will have hands-on supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment and a commitment to team development and operational excellence.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing supervisory role
Strong understanding of health and safety protocols
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities

Nice To Haves

Experience in glass manufacturing preferred

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily production schedules on the first shift
Supervise and support staff to ensure timely completion of tasks in line with safety protocols
Assign tasks and manage workflow across team members
Evaluate team performance and provide coaching or training as needed
Cross-train employees on multiple production lines to improve flexibility and coverage
Order necessary materials to support ongoing production
Lead onboarding and training efforts for new hires
Address and resolve employee concerns or conflicts
Track and report daily production goals and outcomes
