About The Position

We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our team of custom glass craftsmen! About Us: Quality Enclosures, Inc. is a premier manufacturer of custom shower enclosures and flat glass products. We offer on-the-job training, long-term career growth, and stable employment with a consistent schedule. What You’ll Do: • Measure, cut, polish, and prepare glass panels • Operate machinery (cutting tables, polishers, washers & tempering ovens) • Safely handle and move large glass panels • Inspect finished product for quality • Stage materials for shipping & assembly • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Work collaboratively to meet daily production goals Available Shifts: • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM • 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM Occasional early mornings/late nights may occur based on production needs. Who We’re Looking For: • Detail-oriented and dependable • Eager to learn and grow • Comfortable using hand tools • Able to lift 90+ lbs. • Manufacturing experience is a plus, not required (training provided!)
