Summary Our client is hiring an Accounting Manager to ensure the consistency and accuracy of month end close and worldwide consolidation, and work with the Senior Finance Manager and Controller to streamline and enhance work processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with 3-4 years in Consolidation and Equity Valuation
• Must be an advance user of Excel and other Microsoft office products
• Must have significant experience in manipulating large data sets
• Strong background in consolidation, intercompany eliminations and foreign currencies
• Accurate and timely Reconciliations and preparation of Audits schedules
• Able to work in fast-paced start-up environment
• CPA or equivalent is necessary
• Mix of public and private experience desired, hi-tech required
• Must be able to work in a high paced team environment
• Solid uderstanding of US GAAP
• CPA required
• BS/BA degree in accounting or related field

Responsibilities

• Month-end close activities, balance sheet reconciliations and related entries with hands-on general ledger work
• Strong reconciliation and analysis of Cost of Goods Sold
• Prepare audit schedules
• Prepare third party royalty report obligations
• Reconcile Equity and handle the daily processes including ASC718 valuation
• Support system changes related to new enhancements and features and other ad hoc projects
