The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day.

  • Manage and coordinate the calendar, meetings, and logistics for GIS leadership, including recurring and ad-hoc meetings.
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and summaries; greet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track expenses, assist in budget coordination, and process invoices as needed.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for raising and managing ITA system access and infrastructure work requests on behalf of GIS team members.
  • Support internal ticketing processes and follow through with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of requests.
  • Assist in basic testing and health checks for internal applications built by the GIS group, under guidance from technical team members.
  • Support the team with spreadsheet-based data handling, summarizing raw data, and preparing reports using standard templates.
  • Perform basic mathematical computations and maintain accurate records of data used for business reporting.
  • Help maintain documentation of processes and assist in quality control of GIS deliverables.
  • 5+ years of technical experience supporting executive leadership ideally in the finance or IT industry.
  • Advanced personal computer skills with proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, database, and graphic software packages.
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required; associate degree or relevant certification preferred.
