About The Position

Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of GIS concepts, GIS software, cartography, and production.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
- Strong visualization skills to transform customer requirements into audience-specific products.
- Excellent planning, organization, prioritization, and communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS 10.x, ArcSDE, Spatial Analyst, Military Analyst, Google Earth, Remote View, VII, and Photoshop.
- Journeyman knowledge of VBA, Visual Basic, ArcObjects, and/or Python programming languages.
- Familiarity with geodatabases, GIS web services, and various vector/raster data formats.
Nice To Haves
- Experience automating workflows and integrating disparate data streams.
- Familiarity with emerging GIS technologies and visualization tools.
Responsibilities
- Collect, integrate, analyze, and visualize large volumes of all-source geospatial information.
- Create advanced mapping, imagery, and visualization products for tactical and strategic audiences.
- Combine geospatial and temporal data for all-source analysis and research.
- Design, develop, populate, and maintain all-source geospatial databases.
- Develop custom scripts and tools to automate data extraction, ingestion, and integration.
- Collaborate to design and implement near real-time GIS situational awareness displays.
- Provide quality assurance and control for all ingested data.
- Improve information management, streamline workflows, and enhance user connectivity.
