ATS is seeking a qualified Senior GIS Programmer / Systems Analyst to support application development and operational activities for the Office of Information Technology’s GIS Program. This role is responsible for the design, development, enhancement, and ongoing support of enterprise GIS applications and services. The consultant will work with ArcGIS Server technologies, web-based GIS applications, and integrated systems such as Cityworks to support critical business and infrastructure functions. This position follows a hybrid work schedule established in coordination with the hiring manager after onboarding, training, and issuance of equipment. The consultant may work remotely up to two (2) days per week (approximately 40% remote and 60% onsite). Fully remote or out-of-state employment is not authorized.
