Soldier Creek, LLC – a family company of Prairie Band, LLC is seeking a GIS Analyst IV for our new proposal! The Division of Resource Integration and Services seeks to provide data integration, workflow and IT system modernization through the use of various IT based solutions such as Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software, training, and application support for the management of natural resources on Indian lands, tribal and climate resilience grants, forest harvesting, wildland fire analysis, oil and gas management, and other economic analyses for the benefit of our collective stakeholders including Tribes. Please note: This position is currently part of a competitive bid process and is contingent upon the successful award of the contract. This is a remote opportunity with some travel to the main office located in Denver, CO. A Letter of Commitment will be required for submission. All candidates must be a U.S Citizen to be considered for this opportunity. Primary Accountabilities: The GIS Analyst IV candidate will be senior-level expert who leads complex geospatial projects, develops advanced applications and dashboards, manages data standards, mentors junior staff, and acts as a key liaison, requiring 7+ years' experience in analysis, programming (scripting), data modeling, and leading projects using ESRI ArcGIS and other platforms, focusing on data integrity, quality assurance, and strategic implementation for high-level decision-making.
