The GIS Analyst II position is responsible for managing and analyzing geospatial data, developing GIS solutions, and supporting internal and external users. This role involves maintaining GIS databases, producing cartographic products, and utilizing ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and Enterprise to develop mapping applications. The analyst provides technical support, documents GIS processes, and automates workflows using scripting languages. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex GIS concepts are essential. This position may require after-hours work to respond to critical system incidents. This position is located in Deschutes County and may be eligible for remote work as allowed by policy and approved by the supervisor/County Administrator.
