About The Position
Job Title Gifted & Talented Test Proctor Evaluation Type None Department Assigned Campus Pay Grade $20.00 per hour FLSA None Date Revised Supervisor DATES: Training: January 8, 2026 (2 hours; 9:00 - 11:00 am) Testing: January 13-15, 2026; January 20-22, 2026; January 27-29, 2026 RESPONSIBILITIES: Attend a mandatory 2-hour training session on January 8, 2026. Assist with administering Gifted and Talented assessments. Ensure the integrity and security of the testing process. Provide instructions to students and monitor the testing environment. Address and report any testing irregularities. REQUIREMENTS: Availability for the scheduled training and all testing dates. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions. Professional demeanor and ability to maintain a secure testing environment. Prior experience as a test proctor or in an educational setting is preferred TRAINING AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: All proctors will receive test-specific training and detailed instructions regarding testing times, locations, and expectations.
