About The Position
We are seeking a Gift Store Associate to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue. English Apothecary is a locally-owned community pharmacy dedicated to providing outstanding customer service at an affordable price. We believe that being a local independent pharmacy means providing healthcare services to our patients that are customized to meet their needs. English Apothecary is your source for all of your pharmaceutical needs, offering conventional prescription filling, compounding, medical supplies, immunizations and medicine on-time packaging.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 1 to 2 years of experience: 1 year
- High school or equivalent
- Ability to commute/relocate: Bethel, CT 06801: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Responsibilities
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
