Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to multitask and handle cash transactions
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking
• Knowledge of merchandise presentation and display
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in retail or customer service roles preferred

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with guests, providing outstanding customer service
• Maintain a visually appealing and well-stocked gift shop
• Assist guests in finding and selecting products
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide recommendations and information about products
• Keep track of inventory and replenish stock as needed
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the gift shop
• Promote special offers and promotions to enhance sales
