We’re looking for a high-energy, guest-loving, island-spirited Gift Shop Attendant to help our guests take a little piece of paradise home with them. As a Gift Shop Attendant, you’re the captain of cool souvenirs and the ambassador of island style. From tropical tees to frozen concoction mixers, you’ll help guests find the perfect treasure while delivering laid-back, legendary hospitality. Requirements

Positive attitude and outgoing personality
Retail or guest service experience preferred (but we can teach island style!)
Strong communication and cash-handling skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
High School diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Welcome every guest with a warm, island-inspired greeting
Assist guests in selecting apparel, accessories, and Margaritaville memorabilia
Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently
Maintain organized, visually appealing merchandise displays
Restock inventory and keep the shop shipshape and sparkling
Promote featured items and seasonal specials
Answer guest questions about products, resort amenities, and local attractions
Help create a fun, upbeat retail environment that reflects the Margaritaville lifestyle
