Gift Shop Associate
About The Position
Assists with the operations of the hospital Gift Shop including sales, ticketing inventory, restocking & merchandising, opening & closing registers, general housekeeping and support of volunteer functions. Requirements
- HS diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years experience Retail setting or customer service industry
Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Assisting with the operations of the Gift Shop which include opening closing, restocking merchandising inventory, ensuring merchandise is ticketed correctly, general housekeeping and assisting with miscellaneous projects as needed.
- Assisting in training of volunteer staff and providing daily direction and assistance as needed.
