The Gift Card Program Manager will lead the majority of the gift card business which includes multiple 1st party websites, 3rd party vendors, B2B partners and in-venue locations.

  • Own the full gift card lifecycle from conception to execution
  • Monitor and analyze gift card metrics for strategic decision making
  • Create sales reports and deliver metrics to internal stakeholders
  • Develop marketing calendar and launch strategy to maximize all key timeframes
  • Track and allocate gift card inventory to maintain sufficient on hand quantities
  • Oversee card production for all program channels
  • Manage vendor relationships and facilitate weekly calls
  • Identify growth opportunities and make updates for program improvement
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Marketing
  • 5+ years of gift card program management; multi brand program experience is a must
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex situations
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Keeping up with professional and collegiate sports is a plus
